Requirements:
- Graduated preferably from Psychology
- 1-2 years experience in similar functions, preferably from multinational company or fresh graduate from reputable university with high level of potency
- Having knowledge of all Human Resources aspects of Recruitment, Human Resources Information System, Personnel Administration and Industrial Relations
- Strong analytical
- Result, process and detail Oriented
- High initiative, proactive and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good command in English both spoken and written
- Good communication skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Computer literate.
